Some of them affect certain weapons and abilities, while others prevent players from playing the game altogether, that's the case with the bug that keeps players stuck in the loading screen.

What is the stuck on loading screen bug in Apex Legends?
The "stuck on loading screen" bug is a problem that prevents players from bypassing the game's loading screen, effectively preventing it from loading. This can happen on any platform, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC included.
It's not a server-side issue, which means that it falls on the players' end to try to fix the problem.

How to fix stuck on loading screen bug in Apex Legends
Seeing as it's a server-side issue, we can throw away any connectivity testing, internet checking, and the like. Instead, work on what you can control.
Here's what we've found to work best.
Close and re-open Apex Legends
First up is the classic method of completely closing and re-opening your game—make sure that it's not active in any way, shape or form.
For PC users, run your task manager via Control+Alt+Delete and manually close Apex Legends and all its lingering processes, if any.
For Xbox and PlayStation users, press Start or Options on your controller while highlighting the Apex Legends app and close it out.
Verify for the latest version of Apex Legends
Next up is making sure that the version of Apex Legends you're running is the most recent one.
For PC users, right-click your game in the Origin client and look for "Update." If an update is available, click on it, if there is no update, it will be grey in color. The same applies if you're running the game on Steam. In the Steam client, again, right-click your game in your library and look for "Update Setting" and set it to "Automatically Update." If there's an update it'll begin installing, if there's not, you're in the clear.
For Xbox and PlayStation users, press Start or Options on your controller while highlighting the Apex Legends app and select "Check For Updates." If there's an update it'll begin installing, if there's not, you're in the clear.
Restart your PC or Console
A tried and true method is just restarting your platform. Restart your PC or Console. You can go about it in two ways, do the regular restart or unplug your platform for about 30 seconds to a minute.
Uninstall and re-install Apex Legends
When all else fails, uninstall and re-install Apex Legends.
On both PC and Console, make sure that game's completely uninstalled, once there aren't any remnants of the game left, begin re-installing it.
