We don't know what Respawn Entertainment has against Wattson, but they've opted to skip her Heirloom AGAIN and offer Rampart an Heirloom in the Evolution Collection Event. First Revenant, now this? We don't know what to think.
It is a nice-looking Heirloom, though. We suppose we can let them off, but this is the last straw! Here's how to unlock the Rampart Heirloom in Apex Legends during and after the Evolution Collection Event.
DURING THE EVENT - How to unlock...
If you're looking to get your hands on the Rampart Heirloom as soon as possible, you're in for a treat. Sort of, anyway...
During the Evolution Collection Event, all you need to do is collect all 24 event-exclusive items - which includes Weapon skins and Legend skins - to unlock the Problem Solver, Rampart's Heirloom.
The Evolution Collection Event is due to begin at the following times:
- 10:00 September 14th - PST
- 13:00 September 14th - EST
- 18:00 September 14th - BST
It should run for a couple of weeks, ending on September 28th.
AFTER THE EVENT - How to unlock...
Following the Evolution Collection Event, the Rampart Heirloom should be made available via Heirloom Shards.
Heirlooms in Apex Legends are VERY rare - you're only guaranteed one every 500 Apex Packs. You'll need to pack 150 Heirloom Shards before you're able to craft an Heirloom. If you're lucky, this won't take you very long and you might even have some already.
Either way, an Heirloom in Apex Legends is going to cost you money and take a fair bit of time to unlock - the Rampart Heirloom isn't an exception to this rule. If you like the cosmetics on offer during the current Collection Event, it makes sense to earn it through that method.
However, if you're not in a rush... It might be better to save your Heirloom Shards and craft the Heirloom of your choosing when you have enough in the future.
