Assasin's Creed Valhalla takes quite a lot from history. With all its intricate details, it would make sense that history lovers would be drawn to it. The Discovery Tour has been rather popular in the game ever since its original release.
Here's what you should know about it.
Latest - Discovery Tour out tomorrow
You can finally give Assassin's Creed Valhalla's latest update a go tomorrow.
Above are all the times you can give it a go for yourself.
What is the AC Valhalla Discovery Tour?
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Discovery Tour takes a more educational look at the franchise, providing brand new stories and a non-violent approach to the world. Taking out some of the more brutal aspects and mysticism, it can teach you a little about the history the game draws on.
Those who already own the game can check it out for free as part of their purchase but those who just want to experience the Discovery Tour can pay for just that. This means if you're really into history but don't like the Assassin's Creed gameplay formula, this is the perfect update for you.
Start Date & Time
The update will arrive on October 19th, just under a week from now. Arriving on a Tuesday, the game will likely see the most players on Friday night, as is the norm.
It is unsure what time it will arrive but we will update you right here as soon as we know.
Download Size
This is also a hard question to answer as there are two major ways to play it. The free update that owners of the game get will likely be a little smaller as you don't need to download as many special assets or building blocks of the game.
We're expecting the tour to be a little larger standalone, though we don't know the size just yet. The standalone mode is initially only available on PC at launch but will be coming to consoles at some point in early 2022. If you can't wait that long, you may have to just pick up the game itself. If you plan it right, you may be able to get it in a nice sale.
We'll update you here over the next week as more information comes in!
