Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a huge game with so much to do. The latest DLC, Dawn of Ragnarok only adds to this monstrous size with a new location, tonnes of new quests and a brand new story. Unfortunately, tonnes of questions still linger at its launch and one of the biggest is whether or not it is included in the Assassin's Creed Valhalla season pass. Here's what you need to know and how to access it.
Does Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok come with the season pass?
Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok does not come with the current season pass. It is currently marketed as a more expansive and much more expansive DLC than the previous ones. You can buy it physically and, in a lot of stores, it is currently more expensive than the base game.
This was done as Dawn of Ragnarok was a huge undertaking for the team and pushed as something very different to the past DLCs. It has more of a tie to the base story and sets up the future of the franchise. Like the free Cassandra update last year, this is hinting towards something much bigger than itself.
How to start Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok
After you have the base game and DLC downloaded, you will automatically have the quest "Restless Dreams" added to your quest log. This will make you sit under a tree, only to be transported to the eye of Odin. After a short prologue, you will continue the Restless Dreams quest to be let free on the brand new DLC.
If this quest does not appear for you, make sure to reload your game and check all your downloads. If it's not available in your region just yet, you may have to wait a little longer.
