Call of Duty Vanguard: Free Multiplayer & Double XP LIVE

A double whammy is hitting Call of Duty fans this week as not only is Vanguard's Multiplayer going free for a week, but players of both Vanguard and Warzone will also be able to enjoy Max XP while playing.

Here's what all of this entails.

Vanguard Multiplayer goes free and rocks Max XP alongside Warzone

It's been six months since CoD: Vanguard hit the shelves, meaning that players who have purchased the game have been able to enjoy the plethora of new guns, maps, modes, and more that the newest installation of the title has to offer. This means that players who didn't obtain a copy of the game were left out.

However, fans of the franchise who haven't been able to get the game can look no further as thanks to Activision Blizzard's announcement on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, players who haven't purchased Call of Duty Vanguard will be able to play its Multiplayer for free starting today May 18, 2022.

Call of Duty: Vanguard's free Multiplayer access ends on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. This means that players will have less than a week to enjoy it.

The free Vanguard Multiplayer is set to bring everything that's already playable currently in-game, this includes playability of more than 20 maps, nine total modes, and all of the Season 3 content that the game currently offers.

Additionally, CoD players can look forward to enjoying Max XP for both Vanguard and Warzone. Max XP features double XP, double weapon XP, double clan XP, double operator XP, and double Battle Pass XP—if it gives XP, it'll be doubled.

It doesn't matter if you're looking for kills or planting bombs in Vanguard or if you're looting bodies and staying alive in Warzone, whatever you do, there will be plenty of XP rewarded. So if you're looking to level up that specific weapon or that operator, now's the time to do it.
