We can't quite believe we're still waiting for him, to be honest. The Season 5 update for Black Ops Cold War has come and gone and we're staring Season 5 Reloaded and The Numbers event in the face. Why can't we get the Hudson Operator Bundle yet?! Here's the latest update on when he should be available.
UPDATE - Hudson is still on the way!
Call of Duty has just released their Content Roadmap for the Season 5 Reloaded update and Hudson has been mentioned! It's been a long time, but it looks like Hudson will be released as an Operator for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone... "In-Season".
In-Season? Really?! We don't know why Treyarch insist on dragging out this as much as possible, but Season 5 Reloaded is due to launch on September 9th. This means we probably won't see Hudson until at least September 16th - a week later.
" Get Hudson as part of an upcoming Store Bundle along with three Legendary Weapon Blueprints and more, to be released following the launch of Season Five Reloaded."

How to unlock the Hudson Operator
Official Character Information:
" After having Adler and Woods handle the dirty work against Perseus, Special Agent Jason Hudson is set to take the fight into his own hands as he leaves D.C. to finish the fight in Verdansk, Teufelsberg, and even parts unknown within the Dark Aether."
If you want to dive into Verdansk '84 as Jason Hudson, you're going to need COD Points. Annoyingly, he's one of the new Operators locked behind a paywall and there's no way to get around that.
Hudson is going to be available in a Hudson Operator Bundle from the in-game Store for 2,400 COD Points. In the past, all of these Operator Bundles have also had Tracer Fire Weapon Blueprints and we don't think Hudson is going to change that.
He should get other Operator Skins in Store Bundles in the future, but at the moment we only know he's going to get his default Operator Skin appearance at some point in Season 5. Treyarch hasn't confirmed when just yet, but Weaver took weeks to appear in Season 4. It could be a while, yet...
When does Season 5 start?
UPDATE: Season 5 is out now, but we still don't have word on when Hudson is due to appear in-game via an Operator Store Bundle.
Season 5 is due to start on August 12th and should add all the new content available to both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War at the following times:
- 21:00 August 11th - PST
- 00:00 August 12th - EST
- 05:00 August 12th - BST
With any luck, the Hudson Operator Bundle should be added and ready to unlock during the update. However, we're not confident of that given the fact that Treyarch has started to spread it's seasonal content out more and more in recent months.
