Warzone 2 - Best Chimera Loadout, Attachments, and Tuning

Warzone 2 Chimera

Warzone 2 is well underway, and some huge changes have arrived as Season 2 is finally here. Rebirth has returned, and that's just the beginning. The Gulag and Loadout drops have received some massive updates, which will be a breath of fresh air for players.

The Chimera is one of the most unique weapons we've seen added to a Call of Duty, and is designed for stealth engagements. Here's how to build it to take on the new Mini-Royale and much more, and make you an unstoppable force that opponents won't see coming.

Best Chimera Attachments in Warzone 2

The Chimera might be unlike any other AR you've tried in Al Mazrah, but with these attachments you'll be feeling right as rain in no time. Here's what we recommend:

Warzone 2 Chimera Loadout

  • Muzzle: Polarfire-S | 0.77^ | 0.81>
  • Barrel: 10" SA Phoenix | 0.42^ | 0.23>
  • Optic: Cronen Mini Pro | -1.35^ | -2.25>
  • Magazine: 45-Round Mag
  • Underbarrel: VX Pineapple | 0.41^ | -0.25>

These attachments will give you the most well-rounded experience possible with the Chimera in Warzone 2. You'll have no problem in close quarters, while still being able to take long-range fights.

Best Chimera Perks and Equipment

The Chimera packs a punch like no other at close range, and is a great weapon to pick up as a primary, particularly in mini-royale. If you're able to get a full loadout though, it pairs great with the SP-X 80 or MCPR-300 for sniper support. Alternatively, swap out weapon specialist for spectre, and go incognito.

In that case, here's what we recommend to round out your class in Warzone 2, so they never see you coming:

Perk Package: Spectre

Tactical: Stun Grenade

Lethal: Throwing Knife

Spectre will complement the stealth aspect of the chimera perfectly, so you can go under the radar with no problems. The default Chimera ammo also hides friendly skulls from the enemy, so they'll never see you coming.

Take a throwing knife and a stun grenade, and you'll be ready for anything Warzone 2 can throw at you.
