Verdansk's last season is almost upon us, whether we like it or not. Black Ops Cold War's Season 6 is going to be the final season before Vanguard releases and we have everything you need to know about what time Season 6 is due to start. There's a lot of new Warzone content, you won't want to miss it.
START TIME - When does the new Battle Pass begin?
Warzone Season 6 is due to start at the same time as Black Ops Cold War Season 6 - this gives us some idea of when to expect the update, even without an official announcement on the Season 6 start time.
The Season 6 Battle Pass - and all of the new Warzone content - should be available from the following times:
- 21:00 October 6th - PST
- 23:00 October 6th - EST
- 04:00 October 7th - BST
It's worth taking this with a pinch of salt, as Raven Software hasn't confirmed this. However, the release schedule followed is almost never deviated from. Of course, technical issues could arise and delay the update but this is unlikely.
PRELOAD DETAILS - When can you download the update?
If you want to make sure you can jump into Warzone's devastated Stadium or toppled Downtown as soon as you can, you might want to preload the Season 6 update ahead of the time the new season is due to start.
Interestingly, unlike Black Ops Cold War, Raven Software has opted to ditch preloading for Warzone. This means the Season 6 content can be downloaded and installed as soon as Season 6 starts.
In the last several months, Warzone updates have been a lot smaller in size than they were at the start of its lifetime. This should mean that you can download and install the new Warzone update a lot quicker than you used to be able to.
Adler's rogue antics from Season 5 have left a lasting impact on Verdansk - Stadium and Downtown are being turned to rubble right before our eyes!
