FIFA 20: Real Madrid player ratings predictions - Hazard, Jovic, Ramos, Marcelo, Kubo & more

Zinedine Zidane has seen something of an overhaul this summer, making five big signings already. Marcos Llorente is the first casualty of the transfer window, and is sure to be followed by some high profile names.

Speculation continues to surround Gareth Bale, Zidane clear that he sees no future for the Welshman in the Spanish capital, so don't expect to see the winger lining up for Madrid on FIFA 20.

This is how RealSport think Real Madrid will look on FIFA 20.

Thibaut Courtois (OVR 90 - 90)

Position: GK

Age: 27

Country: Belgium

Giant shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois has had a tough start to life in Madrid with his performances questioned this season. However, the Belgian international has proven his quality over the years and is unlikely to see a change to his 90 overall on FIFA 20.

Dani Carvajal (OVR 85 - 85)

Position: RB

Age: 27

Country: Spain

Spanish right back Dani Carvajal has been the first choice in the Real Madrid lineup for years and is unlikely to lose his place any time soon. Carvajal will try to beat his tally of three assists from last season, however he will miss the first match of the season because of a suspension. An underwhelming season for Madrid makes it unlikely his overall will change on FIFA 20.

Raphael Varane (OVR 86 - 86)

Position: CB

Age: 26

Country: France

World Cup winner Raphael Varane should make up a formidable defence on paper with captain Sergio Ramos, however Madrid conceded the most goals out of any club in the top five. The 6'3" defender is quick and strong and a favourite on FIFA 19, he is another player unlikely to receive an improvement.

Sergio Ramos (OVR 91 - 91)

Position: CB

Age: 33

Country: Spain

A difficult year in the capital culminated in rumours that Sergio Ramos was ready to quit the Spanish giants, however these have disappeared as Zidane appears to have persuaded his captain to stay. Ramos scored a phenomenal 11 goals in all competitions but at 33 years old will not see his overall move higher than his current 91.

Marcelo (OVR 88 - 86)

Position: LB

Age: 31

Country: Brazil

A regular under Zidane, Marcelo briefly lost his place to youngster Sergio Reguilon last season. The Brazilian international is regarded as the best left back in the world but rumours are circulating that he wants to team up with Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus. The £47 million arrival of Ferland Mendy from Lyon will put pressure on the Brazilian, but, if the 31-year-old stays, he should still play a major role for Madrid, although his overall may drop to 86 on FIFA 20.

Casemiro (OVR 88 - 87)

Position: CDM

Age: 27

Country: Brazil

Casemiro is the only player in the Real Madrid squad with the defensive discipline to sit in front of his defence and allow players like Luka Modric to roam free. The departure of Marcos Llorente suggests Casemiro will continue his starting role although after last season his overall could fall to 87 overall as Real Madrid struggled defensively.

Luka Modric (OVR 91 - 89)

Position: CM

Age: 33

Country: Croatia

2018 was always going to be a tough year to beat after Luka Modric won the Ballon d'Or and led his Croatian side to the World Cup final. Real Madrid struggled this season and so did Modric, and we expect to see the midfield magician slip from a 91 overall back into the high 80s.

Toni Kroos (OVR 90 - 88)

Position: CM

Age: 29

Country: Germany

German midfielder Toni Kroos is a smooth operator, but many questioned whether he had the legs to keep up his high standards. Kroos will look to prove any doubters wrong this season as Real Madrid attempt to challenge for the league title once more. A poor season by his standards will see his overall drop to 88 on FIFA 20.

Isco (OVR 89 - 88)

Position: CAM, CM, LW

Age: 27

Country: Spain

Talented attacking midfielder Isco is likely to play a key role under Zidane as the Frenchman is a big fan of his. The 27-year-old will predominantly feature on the wing with Gareth Bale likely to depart but could also shift centrally as part of the midfield three. A disappointing season will see his overall drop to 88 but good form could see him rewarded with an update on FIFA 20.

Luka Jovic (OVR 80 - 84)

Position: ST

Age: 21

Country: Serbia

A prolific season for Eintracht Frankfurt saw Madrid splash over £50 million on Luka Jovic. The 21-year-old scored 27 goals in all competitions, helping his side to the Europa League semi-finals and seventh place in the Bundesliga. Jovic will receive a substantial upgrade on FIFA 20 following his big money move, possibly to 84.

Eden Hazard (OVR 91 - 92)

Position: LW

Age: 28

Country: Belgium

Real Madrid finally got their man. Eden Hazard has been a target for Los Blancos for a long time and has finally made the move to Spain. The Belgian superstar scored 16 goals and created 15 for his teammates in the Premier League in his final season at Stamford Bridge. His £100 million move may not see an increase to his 91 overall on FIFA 20, however.

On the Bench

Keylor Navas (OVR 87) will be second choice goalkeeper should he stay, but Real Madrid have two young options in Andriy Lunin (OVR 76 - 79) and Luca Zidane (OVR 63 - 66) should the Costa Rican depart.

The arrival of Ferland Mendy (OVR 79 - 82) adds to the plethora of left backs at the Bernabeu which includes Sergio Reguilon (OVR 64 - 73) and Theo Hernandez (OVR 76 - 78). Both Reguilon and Mendy will receive healthy upgrades on their current overall, although it is likely at least one of these three will go out on loan.

In central defence, exciting Porto youngster Eder Militao (OVR 79 - 81) has arrived and will provide backup along with Nacho Fernandez (OVR 83 - 82). Neither player will expect to start although both players are versatile and can play across the back four.

The midfield and forward areas are where the mass exodus will happen. Real Madrid will need to balance the books after their summer spending and at least one of Mateo Kovacic (OVR 83-82), Dani Ceballos (OVR 81 - 83), Lucas Silva (OVR 74 - 76) and James Rodriguez (OVR 88 - 86) will depart. This leaves Federico Valverde (OVR 73-77) as backup for Modric and Kroos.

Zidane has plenty of options at his disposal in the wide areas. Lucas Vazquez (OVR 83 - 82) is the most experienced of the group, aside from Gareth Bale (OVR 88 - 86) who looks set to play no part. Youngsters Vinicius Junior (OVR 77 - 78), Brahim Diaz (OVR 69 - 74), Marco Asensio (OVR 85 - 85), Martin Odegaard (OVR 74 - 77) and new signing Rodrygo (not on FIFA 19) provide exciting options should Zidane choose them.

31-year-old striker and last season's top scorer Karim Benzema (OVR 85 - 85) will play a key role for Madrid as Jovic will be settling in to life at his new club. Mariano Diaz (OVR 80 - 79) could be another player used to even up the books. Young Japanese star Takefusa Kubo (OVR 63-72), unlikely to get much game time. Very much a marketing ploy from the Galacticos.
