FIFA 20 Ultimate Team: Season Objectives are now officially in FUT

EA have just released more information about the upcoming FIFA 20 title that will be released on September 27th 2019.

They recently announced the addition of Season Objectives as a part of Ultimate Team, their most profitable game mode.

These objectives ensure that players will receive more bang for their buck in taking on the seriously addictive feature.

Redefined Objectives

For the past two FIFA titles daily objectives and weekly objectives have allowed users to get special items or extra coins as a result of completing fairly simple, mundane and repetitive tasks.

Although this was a great addition, the excitement quickly disappeared as they became more of a chore to complete.

Special card items can now be rewarded after completing tasks related to the special card in-game. For a OTW Jovic you would need to score with a Serbian player, and score a certain amount of finesse shots along with other tasks before you can receive your reward.

EA have said "the way you play FUT with a redefined Objectives System and Season Objectives. Progress and personalise your club with a range of time-limited and grouped tasks, providing more complex and rewarding objectives throughout the year."

Milestone Objectives

Smashing your opponent 5-0 will now mean more as every type of goal can contribute to rewards in the long run. You can then show off your rewards in-game with special cards such as a 16-bit ball and many more items.

Get rewarded for Milestone moments in your FUT Club’s journey with long-term goals to aim for throughout the season.

From players to packs to new club customisation options, upgrade your club with different rewards all season long.

EA will make sure there are different rewards so that completing the objectives never feel boring.

Demo Release

The demo for the game only tends to come out two weeks before the game’s full release, so this should be on September 12, 2019.

Teams

Expect similar teams on the demo to last year where we had Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Roma, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and PSG to choose from. With Barcelona, Arsenal, Liverpool, AC Milan & Inter Milan all having licensing agreements with Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer, don’t expect them to appear on the FIFA demo.

Gameplay

Even before E3, it was released in The Pitch Notes what the areas of focus were for FIFA 20.

More realistic finishing, improved defending, a passing overhaul, more difficult chained skill moved and goalkeeper movement being reduced were all mentioned, marking a fantastic start for the FIFA 20 cycle.
