The FUT Freeze is beginning to thaw, but there is still plenty of great content to get stuck in to.

Release Date
FUT Freeze got underway on Friday, 11 December.
The Christmas promo is expected to run for two weeks, with plenty of content over the festive period.
Last year’s event ran for three weeks, so if that stays the same then this year will end on Friday, 1 January.
FUT Freeze Players
Five new cards were released into packs last week..
EA did release them early, so we got a sneak preview of what was to come.

SBCs
The FUT Freeze has brought with it some brilliant new cards with some funky new positions too!
There is also a 'Party Bag' SBC available, where you can get a guaranteed special card from one of the previous promo events from FIFA 21.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Man Utd star Aaron Wan-Bissaka is the big name SBC available right now.
His new CB card has a decent 85 OVR and there is plenty of time to complete his challenges.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka (OVR 85) - expires Tuesday, 29 December
Serge Gnabry (OVR 88) - expires Thursday, 31 December
Joao Victor (OVR 84) - expires Wednesday, 30 December
Cheapest Players
With loads of SBCs to complete, you want to get full value for your coins.
A lot of these challenges require some high-rated cards, so don't waste your top players and use these cards instead!

Objectives
We've also had three objectives players to work towards during the Freeze.
Objectives Yannick Bolasie
That's right, it's the man who created the Bolasie flick himself, Yannick Bolasie.
The 5* skills remain, but we see a switch to a central role as well as some heavily boosted stats.

Kevin Volland (OVR 86)
Ander Capa (OVR 85)
Showdown
The showdown matchups are back, with the victroious player earning a +2 to their ratings. A draw sees both players receive +1.
Francis Coquelin and Marcos Acuna are the first two players to feature, with Villareal facing Sevilla on Tuesday, 29 December.
Promo Packs
Like with every Ultimate Team promo we are bound to see plenty of promo packs available throughout the festive period.
Whether these are lightning rounds or special packs we will have to wait and see.
Will EA bring something new to this year’s event?
We think they might have a thing or two up their sleeve to make FUTmas on FIFA 21 even more exciting.
