With pace so vital on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, being able to defend it becomes just as crucial.
The fullback areas become pivotal, and EA’s latest Showdown SBC has given us possibly the best right back on the game so far.

Sean Klaiber (OVR 85)
While Sean Klaiber’s OVR of 85 may not be the highest of all the right backs, his array of attributes certainly ranks him among the best.
Throw in his more than reasonable priced SBC and it almost becomes a no brainer to complete his SBC.
The Ajax right back’s 92 Pace and 91 Physical are incredible attributes to have.
These stats will increase should Ajax win or draw against PSV this weekend, so he could get even better too.
ShowDown SBC
You don’t have long to complete his SBC, so hurry if you want to add him to your squad.

Attributes
For starters, there are only a handful of right backs with better OVR’s than Klaiber, three of which are expired SBC or Objective players.
But there is more to Klaiber than his OVR.
Pace
There is only one right back rated 85 OVR that boasts higher pace than Klaiber.
Hector Bellerin’s Premier League Objective card is the quickest with 93 Pace, with Klaiber’s 92 ranking him alongside Kyle Walker and Season Objectives Emerson.
In Possession
This is the side to Klaiber’s game that is weakest in comparison to the other top right backs.
However, with many of us only requiring our full backs to defend on FIFA 21, Klaiber’s passing and dribbling stats are not what we are looking for.
Despite that, they aren’t actually that bad!
70 Shooting, 81 Passing and 83 Dribbling are still more than good enough to be comfortable on the ball.
Defending
Only the ICON players and Emerson can boast better defensive attributes than Klaiber.
With 84 Defence, the Dutch star will provide you with a solid right sided defender who will compete with the best forward.
Physical
This is where Klaiber dominates.
Only Dutch compatriot Denzel Dumfries’ IF card can beat his 91 Physical rating. Klaiber has an outrageous 99 Stamina that just means he runs all day long!
Chemistry
One stumbling block is chemistry links.
Virgil van Dijk offers an obvious centre back link (yes, we all have him).
However, you will likely need an ICON to slip him into your team with full chemistry, unless you have gone full Dutch with Arjen Robben!
Georginio Wijnaldum, Frenkie de Jong and Objectives Ryan Gravenberch are good central midfield options too.
Why get him?
Even if you can’t fit him in your squad now, Klaiber is still worth adding to your squad.
By the end of the weekend, he could be an 87 OVR, and genuinely one of the top right backs.
Factor in that you only need to spend a maximum of 80,000 coins to get him, Klaiber is a real must-have on FUT 21.
