We saw plenty of goals flying in throughout April in the Premier League, but which star is going to take home the Player of the Month (POTM) award?

The Team of the Season event is well underway on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, but there is still room for more high-rated special cards.

The official EPL POTM nominees have been announced and there is potential for some great new cards.

The first is a central midfielder with 85 Shooting. As these stats will be greatly improved it is almost impossible to narrow it down, although ut is too low for players like Toni Kroos.

The second player is a right-winger with 92 Dribbling.

The attribute again seems low for a TOTS star and it is certainly not Lionel Messi. It could point to Real Sociedad's Portu or Sevilla's Lucas Ocampos.

Release Date

Time has run out on Kelechi Iheanacho’s POTM SBC as it expired on Thursday, 29 April, but there is no news on the Premier League POTM for April just yet.

Iheanacho picked up the award for March after scoring five goals in just three games including a hat-trick against Sheffield United.

The Leicester striker has continued his red-hot form and will be looking to retain the POTM trophy after another impressive month.

Another award for the Nigerian could see a rating of 88 OVR with great pace and finishing attributes.

Nominees

Eight players have been officially nominated for April Player of the Month.

Leicester striker Iheanacho could retain the award, while West Ham's Jesse Lingard gets his third nomination in a row.
