Keep up to date with latest news on FIFA 21 TOTW 26

Team of the Week 26 is out now on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, and there are some awesome cards to watch out for this week.

EA has been levelling up its efforts in the recent Team of the Week releases, giving us a 93 Kevin De Bruyne, 90-rated Harry Kane, 94 Robert Lewandowski and an insane 95-rated Cristiano Ronaldo.

Release Date

The TOTW 26 squad was released on Wednesday, 24 March at the usual time of 2pm ET / 6pm GMT.

The new cards will be available in packs for one week and will be joined by the FUT Birthday promo on Friday.

It is worth noting that any player selected in TOTW that has a dynamic card will receive the equivalent upgrade to that card.

We are also well overdue some winter upgrades on Ultimate Team, so these could arrive soon too.

TOTW 26

This week looked like it could feature two of Europe’s most prolific strikers in Robert Lewandowski and Karim Benzema.

Lewandowski may have missed out despite his hattrick, but Benzema does lead the line for the team this week.

Napoli forward Dries Mertens was also in great form against Roma and was rewarded with his first IF card of the season.

Dynamic Cards

We thought Karim Benzema was going to make last week’s team, but his card this week will see his Headliners card boosted up to 95 OVR.

There are four What If players set to receive their respective upgrades this week, including Dries Mertens.

Mertens featured in TOTW 26, but after his brace against Roma he will also see his What If overall reach 91.

Sergio Reguilon, Luka Jovic and Pierre Lees-Melou are the other three stars ready for an upgrade.

Happy Birthday Ultimate Team

Not only do we have TOTW 26 to look forward to, but it looks as if FUT Birthday - the annual Ultimate Team celebration - will be arriving this Friday.

In previous years we've seen players in old positions, we've seen boosts to weak foots and skill moves - but for everything we know about this year's promo, head here.

After two promo-less weeks on FUT 21, EA has confirmed that FUT Birthday is coming to FUT 21 and it will be huge with loads of new special cards and content for the FUT community.

The FUT Birthday event will begin on Friday, 26 March with a new special squad released into packs.

Season 4 will also be ending on Friday, with Season 5 bringing with it new players and objectives to work through.
