The Winter Refresh promo looks to have been shelved this year.
It looks unlikely that the promo will return this year, but we should still see the Winter Upgrade cards at some point.

Latest - This or That?
After no promo last week, the guessing game has begun as to what the next FIFA 21 promo will be.
There has been no clue as to what is to come, so it could be two promo-less weeks on FUT 21.
We are running out of time for the Winter or Ratings Refresh, with less than two and half months remaining in the football season.
What's perhaps more likely is the FUT Birthday promo, the annual Ultimate Team celebration seeing players return to old positions.
Release Date
The Future Stars kicked off Season 4 on FUT 21, followed by the brand-new What If event.
What If is now over too, and so is the very brief FUT Player Days event, but what promo is next?
If the Winter Refresh is up next, it should commence on Friday, 19 March with FUT Birthday following soon after.
Predictions
It is still early days, but the Winter Refresh could bring with it some awesome new players to keep in line with the power curve.
Last year we saw a 91-rated Christian Eriksen and a 90 OVR Zlatan Ibrahimovic (with 88 Pace) released in the promo team.
The team was made up of new transfers and in-form players, so we could see some crossover between the Ones to Watch players and Winter Refresh.
Looking to ICONs, we would love for one of the Brazilian stars to become available. With the likes of Kaka, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo and Ronaldo potentially on offer, EA could send the FUT Community crazy.
ICON Moments
Over 100 Icon Moments items look to be on their way after being spotted in FIFA 21's Title Update 10.
This means another David Beckham card, and this one looks to be from his epic free kick against Greece.

Ones to Watch 2
After a reasonably quiet January on the transfers front, we doubt EA will use a new promo to release some new cards.
Instead, we think the new Ones to Watch (OTW) cards will join the Winter Refresh squad in packs.
