January’s Premier League Player of the Month has been officially revealed, but we already knew it would be Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea!
Various leaks shared the news well in advance, but now EA has released the new card into the game.

Premier League Player of the Month
David De Gea is the first Premier League Player of the Month in 2022 after an outstanding run of games between the posts for the Red Devils.
The Spaniard has plenty of critics, but even they can't argue that the former Spanish number one is deserving of the award.
De Gea's display against Brentford alone is enough to warrant selection, and he has been rewarded with an excellent new 87 OVR card in FUT 22.
You have plenty of time to unlock the new card, and it is easily affordable too, so this is a great SBC from EA.

You will need to submit two squads to unlock David De Gea’s new Player of the Month card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and you have one month to complete the challenge.

December Player of the Month
Five goals and an assist in December were enough for Raheem Sterling to win the final Player of the Month award of 2021.
Manchester City opened up a lead at the top of the Premier League, with Sterling's contributions helping extend their incredible winning run.
As a result of Sterling's latest personal accolade, the England international has a brilliant new item available to unlock in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
With 95 Pace and 91 Dribbling, Sterling is set to give defenders plenty of headaches in FUT 22.
