The Team of the Year (TOTY) promo is winding down in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team ahead of the arrival of the hotly anticipated Future Stars campaign.
Leaks are coming thick and fast and it looks like a special Future Stars card type will be returning in FUT 22.
Future Stars
Future Stars is a promotional event in Ultimate Team with special Future Stars player cards handed out to the most promising youngsters in world football.
Only players who are aged 23 or younger will be eligible for a Future Stars card.
These Future Stars cards will represent players at the expected pinnacle of their careers, rather than right now.
Dual Potential cards confirmed
The source of all Ultimate Team knowledge, FUT Sheriff, has revealed yet more information about the upcoming Future Stars promo.
The 'Dual Potential' cards that were introduced during FIFA 21's promo will be returning this year.
As stated in the Tweet, Dual Potential players will be given two different cards.
These cards will have different stats depending on the position change that they are given.
According to FUT Sheriff, the first version of the Dual Potential cards will arrive on Sunday, 6 February with the second version arriving on the following Sunday, 13 February.
Dual Potential Predictions
Lots of young players are forced to chop and change positions as they are integrated into the first team, but some cope better than others.
Jamal Musiala (OVR 89)
German starlet Jamal Musiala has been brilliant for Bayern Munich since bursting onto the scene last season, staring in the UEFA Champions League and the Bundesliga regularly.
The 18-year-old has brilliant close control which means he can play on the wing or in central midfield with equal comfort and provides a goal threat in both positions.
Jacob Ramsey (OVR 87)
20-year-old Jacob Ramsey is becoming one of the first names on new Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard's team sheet and seems to be getting better with every game he plays.
We've seen the young Englishman play in central midfield more often than not, but Ramsey can also play in a more advanced role on the right-flank when called upon.
Future Stars Start Date
The Future Stars promo is now confirmed to be arriving on Friday, 4 February.
The Future Stars Team 1 cards will be released into packs at approximately 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on the day of release, so set your watches for then.
