FIFA 22 Giacomo Raspadori SBC: Italian youngster receives January POTM

January’s Serie A Player of the Month has been revealed with Sassuolo’s Italian starlet Giacomo Raspadori picking up the award and receiving a brand-new SBC card.

Some of the biggest names in Serie A were in contention for the prize, but it is the young Italian star that has pipped them to the post.

Serie A Player of the Month

Serie A's first Player of the Month in 2022 has been announced, and it is Sassuolo’s 21-year-old forward looks set to who has been crowned as winner after scoring three times in four matches.

Giacomo Raspadori has received a healthy upgrade from his 74 OVR basic card, with the new SBC rated 83 OVR.

Raspadori beat his Sassuolo teammate Dominico Berardi to the award, and his award is just-reward for his goal-scoring exploits last month.

We like the look of this card, and it helps that it is so cheap to unlock!

You will need to submit just one squad to unlock Giacomo Raspadori’s new Player of the Month card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and you have one month to complete the challenge.

Worth it?

Yes. Chances are you will have loads of fodder in your club to complete this SBC, and it is easy to complete.

Don't let the 83 OVR fool you either. According to Futbin, Raspadori boasts the stats of an 86 OVR player in the CAM/CF/ST positions, and that is without a chemistry style.

At 5'8" you may not want Raspadori leading the line, but as a second striker or CAM, he looks like a real prospect.

Strong dribbling stats, four-star skill moves, and five-star weak foot should also be of interest as he can ask plenty of questions of the opposition defence.
