FIFA 22 Nmecha SBC: Why you must AVOID the Team of the Group Stage card

EA has released a new UEFA Champions League Team of The Group Stage SBC card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.

Wolfsburg's German striker, Lukas Nmecha has been given a BIG boost in celebration of his top corner goal against RB Salzburg in the UCL group stages.

Check out the Nmecha player review and whether the SBC is worth completing below.

Lukas Nmecha player review

Lukas Nmecha has received a GIANT boost to his base, Silver card.

EA has handed the German a boost of 8 pace, 14 shooting, 13 dribbling, 8 defending, 9 physicality and 10 passing.

Three-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot along with Medium / Medium work rates is not ideal for a striker, to say the least!

As far as his in-game stats go, physically this card is brilliant, however, Nmecha's dribbling and passing let him down massively.

Once a Finisher chemistry style is applied, Nmecha's finishing and shot power reach 99, with his agility boosted to 94 and dribbling to 99.

Nmecha has the outside the foot shot trait and the flair trait, which will make him more enjoyable to use in-game.

Having said this, it's fair to say that this card is by no means top-tier, with the Haller SBC and Osimhen objectives both better cards in FUT 22.

Worth it?

At the time of writing this, the Team of the Group Stage Lukas Nmecha SBC card costs around 135,000 coins on PlayStation and 142,000 coins on Xbox.

In short, we think the price for this Nmecha card is CRAZY.

The only possible explanation for the value of this card is that EA has accidentally put either the wrong requirements in, or not given as big a boost as they thought they had done to the card.

The SBC is also available for just one week only, as it expires on Sunday, 12 December.

This means you cannot necessarily slowly 'grind' the player, which would have been a more attractive proposition.

So, unless you're a Wolfsburg fan, you must avoid this SBC, as the card is simply priced wildly wrong.
