Team 2 was released into packs on Friday, 8 October at 1pm ET / 6pm BST!
11 players were released as part of Team 2, with another small release of three additional players coming on Sunday, 10 October.
Lionel Messi (OVR 93)
He’s coming. This is not a prediction; this is a statement. PSG superstar Lionel Messi (that still sounds strange) will headline Ones to Watch Team 2 this week.
The prospect of facing Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, and Messi as a front three in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is genuinely frightening.
Sergio Ramos (OVR 88)
Another of PSG’s summer recruits is Sergio Ramos, and he is also confirmed as a Ones to Watch player.
Ramos was too highly rated to be left out of the main squad, and he has now been released as part of Team 2.
Romelu Lukaku (OVR 88)
Likely to be second only to Messi in terms of popularity this week is Romelu Lukaku as his blend of pace, power, and deadly finishing is highly sought after.
Expect Lukaku to cost a hefty price this week as he could pick up plenty of performance-based upgrades this season.
