FIFA 22 Division Rivals: You're about to get RELEGATED by two divisions

Season 2 is set to commence very soon in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and there are some HUGE changes on the way!

Players to be relegated in Div Rivals for Season 2

As soon as Season 2 of Ultimate Team commences, all players who have competed in Division Rivals during Season 1 will be relegated by a certain number of divisions.

The relegation system is as follows:

All players in Division 6 or above will be relegated by two divisions (this includes the Elite Division players).

All players in Division 7 or Division 8 will be relegated by one division.

All Players in Division 9 or Division 10 will be re-set to Division 10.

Some fans have been crying out for EA to bring relegation back, so they will most definitely be pleased with this little re-set.

What happens to FUT Champs qualification?

You may be wondering, will you still get that FUT Champions entry token that you earned earlier in the week?!

Well, we've got all the answers for you.

Your FUT Champs Entry token will carry over to Season 2, so luckily you don't need to play frantically in order to qualify before Friday!

The same goes for your FUT Champions points, which can be used to enter the Play-Offs.

However, your Play-Off entries will not carry over, so you will effectively have more chances at the play-offs once Season 2 begins.

Season 2 Start Date

The official start date of Season 2 looks set to be on Thursday, 11 November, ending what has been a long first season in FUT 22 if you enjoyed early access way back in September.

The changing of seasons will arrive at a new time from last year though, with Season 2 set to commence at 4am ET / 8am GMT.

EA Play members will receive an XP boost at the start of the season too, helping you ease through those early levels.

The Season 1 Divison Rival rewards will vary depending on which division you are in and how many matches you have played.
