SUPER TAMMY - Tammy Abraham has been a superstar in Italy this season

Tammy Abraham has delighted in Serie A since he made the switch from Chelsea to Roma.

The English striker netted twice again in the week to break the record for the most goals scored by an English player in a single Serie A season.

Abraham is almost certain to receive another boost in FIFA 22 when the Serie A team of the season rolls around, but he'll have to make do with this card for now.

Nick Pope

MAN FOR THE BIG MOMENTS - Nick Pope kept Burnley's survival dream alive down to the last day

Burnley may now be relegated, but it could have been a lot worse if it wasn't for this man.

Under pressure for large spells of their 1-1 draw with Aston Villa, Nick Pope proved the hero of the day, making a number of vital key saves to send Burnley into the final day with real hope.

Another boost for this England star, with Burnley hoping for more heroics on the final day.

INSTANT HERO - Calvert-Lewin's last minute goal will go down in infamy

It was a day to remember for Everton on Thursday, as they secured survival with a remarkable 3-2 comeback win against Crystal Palace.

Whilst Calvert-Lewin didn't have his best game, he came up with the vital moment that handed the Toffees all they needed.

A huge goal to complete the comeback, we'd be amazed if this Everton hero didn't feature in Team of the Week.

Xherdan Shaqiri

MAN ON FIRE - Shaqiri was the hero for Chicago Fire

The MLS objectives cards reminded us that Xherdan Shaqiri was in fact still playing football, it just so happened that he'd found a new home in America.

The former Stoke and Liverpool winger was involved in a tight 3-3 draw in the week, with the left-footed wizard scoring a late equaliser for his side.

While we'd hate to use an obvious pun, it's fair to say that Shaqiri was on fire for Chicago.

Gonzalo Melero

SHARP SHOOTER - Melero netted twice for Levante mid-week

This card may not seem exciting, but with stats all 70+, there's a chance that Melero could be an underrated gem in FIFA 22.

Scoring twice for Levante as they defeated Rayo Vallecano on the road, Melero put in a top performance for his club.

It wasn't enough to save Levante from relegation, but Melero can say that he did all he could to haul them out of a dangerous battle.

CITY'S SAVIOUR - Gundogan put himself in the right positions to nick a couple of goals

Manchester City left it late again, with another 3-2 win, coming back from 2-0 down to win the league on the final day of the season.

Three goals in five minutes saved City's season, with Ilkay Gundogan coming off the bench to score two of them.

If he is to leave the club in the summer, he has done it in some style.

He scored a brace, with one in the 84th minute, before making sure three points were coming their way with another in the 92nd.

STILL GOT IT - Despite his age, Giroud is still bagging important goals

In another league that went down to the last day of the season, Milan's win meant they managed to stop Inter from making it two Serie A titles on the bounce.

It was a fairly easy win against mid-table Sassuolo, with Milan taking a 3-0 lead into half-time.

Olivier Giroud scored a brace, although his teammate Rafael Leao may see an inclusion over him in the Team of the Week, providing the assist for all three goals.
