Latest news - Mbappe leads the way

Team of the Week 9 has just been released, featuring a monstrous new card for Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe's 92 OVR and Harry Kane's 91 OVR are by far the best players in the release, with the rest being slightly lacklustre.

Check out a full breakdown of the players here.

Four players LEAKED ahead of release

Futtyleaks has started to reveal the players who will be included in this week's promo via Twitter, and it looks like we could be in for a treat with TOTW 9!

According to futtyleaks, the following players will be included in TOTW 9:

  • Kylian Mbappe
  • Harry Kane
  • Emiliano Martinez
  • Ismaila Sarr

Release Date

Team of the Week 9 was released on Wednesday, 17 November, at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.

All the new cards will be available in packs for one week from when they are released, with some great new cards arriving.

The new cards will either join or replace the current Adidas Numbers Up players in packs with the EA x Adidas event currently ongoing in FUT 22.

Dynamic Cards

We can put the Wins to Watch trackers on the back burner this week as it is the international break, so no wins can be added to the players' total.

This means that heading into Team of the Week 10, the Ones to Watch players from Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and Sevilla will still all be one win away from an upgrade.

As far as upgrades in Team of the Week 9 go, it doesn't look good for many of the Ones to Watch big hitters as Cristiano Ronaldo saw his Portugal side fail to qualify automatically for the World Cup.

Lionel Messi also failed to register a goal in Argentina's win over Uruguay, and with Romelu Lukaku still injured it looks like a quiet week for the OTW players.
