FIFA 22 Ultimate Team: The BEST teams to use in the National Knights FUT Friendly

The FUT Captains promo is going strong in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, bringing boosted cards for FUT Heroes and current club captains alike.

As well as a new set of cards in packs, there have been daily Prime Icon Moments SBCs and new objectives for FUT Captain Fabien Lemoine.

To complete the objectives player, you will need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: National Knights, so we've put together some of the best squads you can use in this heavily restricted challenge.

Friendly Requirements

First, let's take a look at the requirements for the Live FUT Friendly: National Knights.

• Maximum one Nationality
• Maximum one player rated 85 OVR and higher
• 0 Loan players

The biggest restriction is obviously only using players of the same nationality, with the rating cut-off intended to keep a level playing field.

You may need to invest in some players, as the bench also has to be filled by players of the same nationality.

France

We think there is only one nationality to turn to when creating your National Knights team - France.

The amount of top quality players available who are also rated under 85 OVR is ridiculous.

They are helped out by having quite a few Silver Stars that boast attributes better than their 74 OVR, including a Flashback Paul Pogba who is arguably a better card than his 87 OVR Gold version.

The team offers so much pace as well, with Theo Hernandez and Ferland Mendy rapid in defence, then Moussa Diaby and Ousmane Dembele lightning on the wings!

We've stuck Olivier Giroud's Player Moments version as our star player (who also contributes to 116k of the cost), but, obviously, you can go with whoever you please.

England

If you're looking for a budget-friendly squad to build, then England could be your nationality of choice.

Over the season we have gained a fair few objectives cards for English players, with Rico Henry, Ben Davies, Reece Oxford, Lewis Baker and Tammy Abraham all able to be added to your club for free.

Get in all the objectives cards you can and build the team around them, with Joe Gomez, Reece James and Nick Pope offering a solid defence.

Brazil

A low budget squad with pace where you want it, Brazilian players have also had a few Silver Stars this season.

Reinier and Talles Magno both came during the Silver Stars Series, with Dodo coming in the weekly objectives.

Add in Vinicius, Antony and Raphinha to the team and you have six players in the starting 11 with 90+ pace.

We haven't included an 85+ player in this selection, because, frankly, there are so many different players to go for it will all come down to who is already in your club.

A top-class centre-midfielder is where the side is truly lacking, but the final choice is down to you!
