One of the key skills you need to have in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is squad building, whether that is assembling your best team, completing SBCs, or making a competitive team within restrictions.
We've put together a hybrid squad comprising of the top players available through completing Squad Foundations objectives, meaning you won't need to spend many coins on your side.
Playing a 4-4-2 puts a split right down the middle of the Liga NOS and Eredivisie players, getting the best chemistry out of the side.
Justin Bijlow (OVR 85)
One of two goalkeepers available through objectives, the other being the 83 OVR Pedro Teixeira who you can obtain by reaching level 15 in season 2.
Just Bijlow is a great option to have in goal and by far the best available from the Eredivisie.

Leeroy Owusu (OVR 84)
Again the best right-back in the Eredivisie, Leeroy Owusu has great pace and dribbling to get down the line.
Stick a Shadow on him and he has the stats of an 89-rated right-back.

Calvin Mac-Intosch (OVR 86)
A Shadow looks to be the way to go with Calvin Mac-Intosch too, giving you a centre-back with 97 Sprint Speed, although a Sentinel would give him the stats of a 90-rated one.
He's not the tallest around at 5'11", but with his base 96 Jumping and 90 Strength, he can battle it out with most strikers.

Goncalo Inacio (OVR 84)
Over to the Liga NOS side of the team now, with Goncalo Inacio being a left-sided centre-back with a left foot!
We know you'll be wanting to stick a Shadow on him too, but we would suggest an Anchor, still gaining a bit of a speed boost, but also adding to his physicality.

Rafa Soares (OVR 84)
Finishing off the back four is Rafa Soares, and he has a great distribution of stats.
Able to cover defensively as well as having an impact higher up the pitch, he is exactly what you want from a left-back.

David Neres (OVR 88)
By far the most expensive card included in the squad, don't worry if you can't complete the SBC for David Neres, we include him just to show what you could have.
A much cheaper alternative would be to include Antony instead, you can always bring someone better off the bench!

Marco van Ginkel (OVR 86)
Excluding Icons, Marco van Ginkel has the fourth-best sum of stats in the game.
A Shadow is probably the way you want to go for chemistry, giving him that added boost to pace, as he's pretty great at all other aspects of the game.

Mateus Uribe (OVR 86)
A powerful box-to-box player, Mateus Uribe has the stats of a 92-rated centre-midfielder if you give him the Powerhouse chemistry.
Again, Shadow is the most popular to go for, but even leaving him on Basic gives top boosts across the board.

Luis Diaz (OVR 83)
Making perfect links with Uribe, Luis Diaz will be rapid on the wing.
Another card you will have to pay for, under 20,000 coins doesn't seem too bad when the majority of the team is free!

Lois Openda (OVR 85)
Lois Openda is a forward that has it all - pace, shooting, dribbling and physicality - he is sure to bag you goals.
Despite being 5'9", some of those goals may even be headers, with his 99 Jumping!

Simon Banza (OVR 88)
Simon Banza is an SBC you should definitely look to be completing.
On Basic chemistry, he has the stats of a 92-rated striker, which can go as high as a 94-rated one if you don't mind adding a chem style that doesn't boost pace.
You will also find he could be useful down the line, with his French nationality easy to link to.

Silver Subs?!
The great thing about building with objective players is that there are many top options around, so filling out your bench with them is also an option.
There is just one player on there that we've included that will cost some coins, and that is POTM Ibrahim Sangare.
For around 11k, we think it is an absolute steal of an SBC, and you could even include him in your squad if you switched up to a 4-2-2-2.
Rulebreaker Marouane Fellaini is one of our favourite cards to use, so we hope you completed his objectives when you had the chance, as he is a massive impact sub.
Even a couple of Silver Stars are worthy of a position on the bench, with Dodo having the base stats of an 81-rated player and offering top pace.
