FIFA 22: What to do in Ultimate Team this week

With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.

We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.

Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.

Monday

Weekend League rewards are available at 3am ET / 8am BST if you did not complete all your matches.

The Shapeshifters promo has rolled into its third week, with Team 2 being replaced by Team 3, which has included many FUT Heroes gaining boosts.

The Live FUT Friendly: Shapeshifter Cup continues, with corresponding objectives where you can gain packs as rewards to make the most of the promo, so make sure you play your allocated five matches a day until you've gained all the prizes.

To complete a couple of the Summer Swaps I objectives you will need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: One League, which now also restricts you in playing a maximum of four times a day, so again, max out on the games until the objectives are done.

Once again there are a couple of objective players you can add to your squad for free!

The requirements for Shapeshifters Marc Bartra mean you need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: Shifting Shape, so you can't double up with the Shapeshifters Fabien Centonze, which needs to be completed in Squad Battles or Rivals.

You have until Friday, 8 July to complete the Bartra objectives, and Saturday, 9 July for the Centonze ones, so they should be first on your to-do list.

The Centonze objectives also reward a Summer Swaps token as a reward, so make sure you gain that.

Summer Swaps is the latest token system introduced in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team and offers loads of top prizes, so make sure you keep on top of all the token releases with our Summer Swaps Token Tracker.

Tuesday

Today is your last chance to bring in the Silver Stars objective player, which is Shapeshifters Bebe, and also comes with a Summer Swaps token.

With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing, as free players should never be sniffed at.

Wednesday

Team of the Week 36 was the last TOTW release of this season, so we will have to wait until FIFA 23 to see the regular in-forms release return.

A new Silver Stars card will be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.

Thursday

Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am BST on Thursday, 7 June.

The rewards have changed slightly with Season 7 coming, due to TOTW no longer coming out, with Team of the Season and 83+ OVR TOTW players from the whole season making up the player pick pool if you finish Elite.

Aside from that, it will be a quiet day for new content, so get all the objectives players completed, and qualify for FUT Champions if you plan to enter.

Friday

Weekend League will kick off at the previous regular time of 3am ET / 8am BST, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.

Also, remember that now the TOTS event is over, it will last 72 hours again, ending on Monday, 4 July at 3am ET / 8am BST.

Shapeshifters Team 3 will rotate out of packs at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, however, there has been no official word on what the next promo could be.

Leaks have suggested that we could get a Shapeshifters Team 4 side, which could contain more FUT Hero Shapeshifters versions, with concepts also showing what Icon Shapeshifters could look like.

Whatever promo squad drops, we should get more new SBC and objective player content relating to it.

The SBCs will also open for the Summer Swaps rewards, meaning you can start to redeem your tokens for top prizes!

Saturday

If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.

Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.

Other than that, player objectives will be where you spend your time, competing in Squad Battles to earn better rewards for Sunday.

Sunday

Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am BST, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the player objectives.

Team of the Season cards will continue to be available as Squad Battle rewards but are restricted on rating unless you hit the Elite ranks or higher.

If you land anywhere between the Silver 2 and Gold 1 rank the TOTS reward will be pretty similar, so that should be your aim unless you want to go Elite.

Again, it will be another day of Weekend League and player objectives, Squad Battles or Division Rivals.
