The brand-new Winter Wildcard promo is OUT NOW in FIFA 22!
The new promo seems to be somewhat similar to the FUT Freeze event in Ultimate Team last season with position changes and daily SBCs.

The Winter Wildcard Team 1 cards are in packs RIGHT NOW in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team!
Of course, the standout players are Neymar (OVR 93), who has been given a striker card which means you can also use him as a CAM and Paul Pogba (OVR 90), who has INSANE all-around stats.
Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman (OVR 89) has also been handed a striker version and has been give a HUGE boost!
Winter Wildcard
The new promo has been confirmed by EA, with 'Winter Wildcards' set to be the next promo coming to Ultimate Team once the FUT Versus event has finished.
We have seen some leaks about who may feature in the event, and the consensus is that we will be seeing player position changes as we did during FUT Freeze in FIFA 21.
As well as a nice boost to their cards, players will also be seen in unfamiliar positions, with upgrades to their ratings to match the new role.
The new promo arrived on Friday, 17 December, and like with nearly all other promos, it went live at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, with players available in packs, new objectives, and SBCs released simultaneously.

Winter Wildcards looks set to be more than just your average promo of special cards, SBCs, and Objectives cards.
This winter we may have Winter Wildcards Swaps joining the Icon Swaps in the objectives section of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
These swap tokens will be redeemable for packs and players, meaning more opportunities to strengthen your club, in FUT 22
With Team of the Year right around the corner too, it is a great time to save some high-value packs too!

SBCs & Objectives
As with almost every promo in FUT 22, we expect to see at least one or two objective players released alongside the main squad.
EA could continue the trend of adding Eredivisie and Liga NOS stars to the roster, so watch out for some minor league players entering the fray!
From what we have seen so far ahead of the event, we could see daily SBCs released too so there will be plenty of opportunities to bolster your squad.
Let's hope that these SBCs are reasonably priced though otherwise, it could be a long winter ahead.
