FIFA 23 is here and the Ultimate Team content is coming thick and fast now.

The Ones to Watch (OTW) promo has passed and it's now the turn of the annual Rulebreakers promo to take centre stage.

The FUT 23 Rulebreakers leaks are rife on social media, with one name grabbing the FIFA community's attention more than the rest.

EA has already handed Lionel Messi a special card via the Road to the Knockouts (RTTK) campaign, and whatever Messi does, a certain someone is never too far behind...

It's (kind of) official, Cristiano Ronaldo will headline the Rulebreakers promo.

The relentless Ultimate Team leaker that is FutSheriff on Twitter has revealed that arguably the greatest payer of all time will be getting a Rulebreakers card in FUT 23.

With the 37-year-old featuring sporadically for Manchester United, a performance-based special card looks a way off in Ultimate Team.

So, EA has taken matters into its own hands and handed the famous number 7 a special promo card for the upcoming Halloween event.

Cristiano Ronaldo (Predicted OVR 91)

EA will most likely hold off on bumping the Portgual international up to a 92 OVR, as there is plenty of time for him to accumulate several special cards in Ultimate Team.

So, we think Ronaldo's Rulebreakers card will be rated as a 91 OVR in FIFA 23.

The Rulebreakers promo often swaps stats around on selected cards, giving key stats an upgrade to a level that wouldn't be usually seen through regular performance-based upgrades.

CR7's 90 OVR base card is almost the perfect striker in FUT 23, however, he does lack a little bit of pace.

So, perhaps EA will give the ex-Real Madrid forward a significant pace boost into the 90s, with his shooting taking a small hit to compensate.
