Do Rulebreakers cards get upgraded in FUT 23?

We've already had the Ones to Watch (OTW) and Road to the Knockouts (RTTK) campaigns in FUT 23, but it's time to step it up a gear.

If all the reports are correct, the fan-favourite Rulebreakers promo is set to hit Ultimate Team next.

The items we have seen in the two previous FIFA 23 Ultimate Team promos have both been 'dynamic' cards, meaning they can get upgraded after release.

Do Rulebreakers get upgraded?

Unlike the dynamic items that were released during the OTW and RTTK campaigns recently, Rulebreaker cards will be given one majorly boosted card upon release.

So, no, Rulebreakers cards do not get upgraded after release.

The Rulebreakers Team 1 squad will most likely include a number of fan favourite cards, with key stats swapped around.

In previous years, EA has taken players that don’t fit the meta and given them huge pace upgrades in order to make them overpowered in-game.

This system sees some players' key stats upgraded to a level that wouldn't be possible through regular performance-based upgrades.
