The month of February is over and right on time, EA has revealed which French league star has won the second Ligue 1 POTM award of 2023 in FIFA 23.
This month's winner has already been announced and a certain PSG forward has claimed his second Ligue 1 Player of the Month award in three months.
That's right - French superstar Kylian Mbappe is the Ligue 1's POTM winner for a second time this season and has been given an insane 93 OVR special item this time around.

POTM Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe has been handed a +1 OVR on his January Player of the Month card, taking him to a 93-rated POTM item in Ultimate Team.
This will, of course, be one of the best strikers in the entire game.
The 24-year-old to be 93 OVR POTM card falls behind his own World Cup Team of the Tournament item and his Team of the Year card.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward boasts 98 Pace, 94 Dribbling and 91 Shooting, as well as five-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot.
The Frenchman's new special item bears a close resemblance to his sensational 93 OVR Road to World Cup card, though with very slightly different stats.
For perspective, the PSG number seven's Road to World Cup item still sells for roughly 4.4 million coins on the PlayStation and Xbox transfer market.

As mentioned previously, Mbappe already has one Ligue 1 Player of the Month award to his name for the current season.
Due to the lack of domestic games played around the 2022 Qatar World Cup, the top-performing player from France in the months of November and December was picked for the POTM award.
That man was the FUT beast himself, who netted two goals in three league games throughout the selected period, earning him a ridiculous 92 OVR item.
Mbappe only clocked about 200 minutes in February, having suffered a hamstring injury against Montpellier, however, still managed to register four goals and one assist.
Those goals came in the form of two braces, one against Lille and one against Marseille.
His team now sits top of the Ligue 1 table with a total of 66 points, 10 clear of their nearest challengers, Marseille.
Mbappe's February POTM item is his eighth special card of FIFA 23.
