FIFA 23 MLS Squad Foundations: More FREE Ultimate Team players are HERE

Another set of Squad Foundations Objectives has come to FIFA 23 Ultimate Team!

We've already seen an Eredivisie Squad Foundations and Liga NOS Squad Foundations set, and now the MLS is here.

What are Squad Foundations?

Squad Foundations are a set of players all from the same league that help you build your Ultimate Team squad.

As they are all from the same league, they will give your side better chemistry, and the cards are boosted versions from their base too.

The Squad Foundations follow a similar format as in previous FIFA titles, with four players able to be unlocked via objectives, and an additional one coming as an SBC.

Squad Foundations Breakdown

There are four players that can be acquired through objectives, which are found in the Milestones section.

Start Date: Thursday, 20 October

Expiry Date: Saturday, 21 January

Squad Foundations: MLS

Complete four tasks to earn the group reward of Squad Foundations Facundo Quignon.

Crossing Genius

• Assist 4 goals with Crosses using players from MLS in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals)

Reward - 1 x Squad Foundations Nicolas Lodeiro

Speedy Goal Scorer

• Score 10 goals using players from MLS with min. 80 PAC in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals)

Reward - 1 x Gold Pack

MLS 20

• Play 20 matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) having at least 7 players from MLS in your starting squad

Reward - 1 x Small Gold Players Pack

Patriotic Victory

• Win 10 matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) having at least 7 players from MLS in your starting squad

Reward - 1 x Squad Foundations DeJuan Jones

Squad Foundations MLS Player: DeAndre Yedlin

Complete five tasks to earn the group reward of Squad Foundations DeAndre Yedlin.

Winners Club

• Win 8 matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece using a starting 11 or MLS players

Reward - 1 x Two Players Pack

MLS Goals

• Score 20 goals using MLS players in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece

Reward - 1 x 75+ Rated Rare Player

Smart Distribution

• Assist 10 goals using MLS players in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece

Reward - 1 x Gold Pack

Defensive Specialist

• Assist a goal using a MLS defender in 3 separate matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece

Reward - 1 x Small Gold Players Pack

Pure Efficiency

• Score and assist using MLS players in 4 separate matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece

Reward - 1 x Two Rare Gold Players Pack

Accompanying SBC

Additionally, an MLS player has been released via SBC to help with squad building.

Unlike previous titles, where this was also a Squad Foundations version, the player will be from the current Rulebreakers promo and is Lorenzo Insigne.
