18-year-old Stefan Bajcetic recently became the youngest Liverpool player in history to start in a Champions League knockout match, which ended in a 5-2 loss to the reigning champions Real Madrid.
The Spanish youth international has made quite the impression since breaking into the Liverpool first team and his efforts have been rewarded within FIFA.
EA has handed the teenager a giant upgrade in the latest squad update, so take a look at Bajcetic's new FIFA 23 stats below.
Huge potential
Bajcetic was a product of the Celta Vigo youth academy and signed for Liverpool back in December 2020.
Since then, the central midfielder has excelled for Liverpool Under-18s and is now a fully-fledged member of the first-team squad.
Bajcetic netted his first senior goal for Liverpool after coming on as a substitute in the Reds' 3-1 victory away at Aston Villa.
This goal made him the third youngest player ever to score for Liverpool in the Premier League, behind Michael Owen and Raheem Sterling.
In January of this year, Bajcetic's progress was rewarded with a new long-term contract at Anfield.
On the field, he continued to progress, starting three consecutive Premier League games against Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and local rivals Everton.
The youngster was voted Liverpool's January Player of the Month soon after.
Brilliant Bajcetic
EA has subsequently given Bajcetic a big boost in FIFA 23.
First of all, his overall rating has been bumped up from 63 OVR to 66 OVR, with his potential rating increasing from 82 OVR to 84 OVR.
As far as his in-game stats go, the Liverpool prospect has been handed upgrades across the board.
The largest boosts have been given to his dribbling, ball control, stamina and composure.
