Our first look at FIFA 23 was rumoured at Summer Game Fest, with the virtual gaming showcase set to air very soon.

Whilst we're not sure what will feature in the rumoured first look at the brand new game, we can certainly have a guess as to what fans can expect.

LATEST - FIFA 23 No-Show

Unfortunately, the rumours turned out to be false, with our first look at FIFA 23 not arriving at Summer Game Fest.

This disappointment has left us asking one question, when will we see our first look at FIFA 23?

Going on previous years, we could still see our first look in the next couple of weeks.

With the FIFA 20 reveal trailer - the last normal release before the impact of COVID - being shown on June 8 for the first time, this could give a good indicator of an early-mid June first look at FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 First Look?

Leaks have been circling for a while that our first look at FIFA 23 will arrive on Thursday, June 9, which just so happens to be the same day as Summer Game Fest.

Whilst it's entirely possible that EA could launch a trailer separate from the major gaming event, it would seem strange to compete.

Prolific FIFA 23 leaker DonkTrading has been teasing the new reveal on Twitter, with our first look at the game set to ignite the flames of excitement amongst the FIFA community.

What is Summer Game Fest?

Summer Game Fest launched in 2020 and is the world's first fully digital, global celebration of video games.

Coming at a time when people were unable to attend in-person gatherings due to the COVID pandemic, it featured digital events, demos, announcements and breaking news.

In 2021, their Kickoff Live event had over 25 million live streams and they are looking to draw in even more views this time around.

Summer Game Fest Start Time

The Summer Game Fest 2022 took place on Thursday, 9 June at 7 pm BST / 2 pm EST / 11 am PST.

We're just glad that they're not sticking to the timings that The Game Awards uses, as that leads to a very late night for the European fans! It appears that the event will take place at a fairly reasonable time for everyone who may want to tune in.
