The Team of the Year campaign has been and gone in FIFA 23 and players are now turning their attention to the second biggest event in the FUT calendar - the Team of the Season (TOTS) promo!
The TOTS event is the most exciting promo of the year for many Ultimate Team players as it brings us hugely overpowered cards from every top league, giving you a great chance to pack one.
A few promotional campaigns will hit FIFA between now and the TOTS campaign including the likes of FUT Birthday and Trophy Titans but players are already looking forward to the TOTS event

TOTS Release Date
The FIFA 23 Team of the Season release date has not yet been confirmed, but we have a pretty good idea of when it will arrive, judging from the previous years' releases.
The Team of the Season campaign began in previous FIFAs on the following dates:
- FIFA 22 - Friday, 29 April 2022
- FIFA 21 - Friday, 23 April 2021
- FIFA 20 - Friday, 24 April 2020
So, we expect FIFA 23's Team of the Season promo to begin on Friday, 28 April 2023.
The first set of TOTS items will be released into packs at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST on the day of release.

What is TOTS?
The Team of the Season campaign pretty much does what it says on the tin.
FIFA 23's TOTS promotional event will celebrate the best players from around the world during the 2022/23 domestic league seasons, not taking into account cup competitions.
The TOTS campaign usually lasts for around seven weeks, with EA staggering the release of boosted items from all the different major leagues.
We will also see TOTS players released from the more obscure leagues, like the Saudi league, alongside the more famous European divisions.
As well as the release of promo items in packs, special Team of the Season SBC and Objective cards will be made available to unlock throughout the campaign.
