The second set of in-form cards has dropped in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
In the end, Lionel Messi didn't do enough to make the cut, however, we still have some superstars included, with Mohamed Salah gaining a 91 OVR card and Marquinhos getting an 89 OVR.

Release Date & Time
The second TOTW squad in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team was released on Wednesday, 28 September, with users able to play the game through Early Access, the Web App and Companion App.
The Team of the Week squad was released at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
As ever, the new cards will be available in packs for one week only from when they are released, with some top players set to feature this week.
