What is the 'Best of TOTW' in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team?

FIFA 23 Ultimate Team has been hit with plenty of awesome Qatar World Cup content including Path to Glory items and a fresh Swaps program.

With the hotly anticipated Black Friday approaching fast, some FUT fans are beginning to wonder whether the annual 'Best of Team of the Week' (TOTW) squad will be returning.

Well, we've got you covered. Read on to find out everything you can expect from the Best of TOTW in FUT 23.

What is the Best of TOTW?

The Best of Team of the Week squad will consist of a list of player items from every single past FUT 23 TOTW reveals over the last nine weeks.

However, only the best of the best player items will be selected by EA to be a part of the Best of the TOTW promo squad.

Here are a few of the players you can expect to make FUT 23's Best of TOTW squad:

• Kylian Mbappe (OVR 92)
• Mohamed Salah (OVR 92)
• Heung Min Son (OVR 90)
• Neymar Jr (OVR 90)
• Sadio Mane (OVR 90)
• Marquinhos (OVR 89)
• Erling Haaland (OVR 89)
• Federico Valverde (OVR 86)

Release Date CONFIRMED

In the past, EA has released the Best of TOTW as part of a two-week promo, with two separate squads released into packs consecutively.

Of course, the standard Team of the Week is typically released every Wednesday, but this is not the case for the 'Best of' squad.

Thanks to the latest loading screen we now know that the Best of Team of the Week will be released on Friday, 25 November.

The stacked set of in-form items will be made available in packs at approximately 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.

If there is a Team 2 squad then it will be released precisely one week following the arrival of Team 1.
