Team 2 will replace those special cards on Friday, 30 December, staying in packs for another week, before leaving on Friday, 6 January.

We could also see another Winter 'Best Of' release of players, although that has not been confirmed yet.

Winter Wildcards

Winter Wildcards is a returning promo for Ultimate Team, first seen in FUT 22, and one of the festive events that have kept away the popular FUTmas promo.

As usual, new players will be released via packs, SBCs and Objectives, but with some random upgrades given out.

All of them will gain an overall boost, but some may see their card transformed, with a position change introduced or Skill Moves or Weak Foot upgrades.

The Winter Wildcards Swaps campaign will continue, with 25 Tokens on offer through Objectives and SBCs, and bonus ones said to come via Packs in the FUT Store.
