The Road to the Final (RTTF) campaign is the centre of attention in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team at the moment, but a piece of World Cup content has resurfaced.
The second World Cup History Maker upgrade was due to go live on Tuesday, 14 February but the History Maker cards were not altered in-game on this date.
Well, EA has now fixed this mistake and the second upgrade is live!

History Maker upgrade TWO live
Following the first round of upgrades that went live on Friday, 13 January, EA has now issued the second upgrade to all History Maker items.
Every single History Maker item has been handed out +1 OVR in FUT 23.
As you can see with the Kylian Mbappe card below, his History Maker item has been bumped up by 1 OVR to reach 88 OVR, with a +1 to every single base stat too.
