Football Manager 2022 predicts the Premier League table in TEN years

Football Manager 2022 has been one of the most immersive instalments in the franchise to date, with brand new features taking everyone's favourite management simulator to the next level.

We've already seen how Erling Haaland would do at some of the world's best clubs, but for our next simulation, we wanted to take a look at how the Premier League would look in ten years' time.

There are some surprising and not-so-surprising results, but can you find your club in the futuristic Premier League table?

2033 Premier League Table

Unfortunately, those who are looking for an underdog story will be disappointed with this simulation.

The blue part of London will certainly be happy, with Chelsea clinching the Premier League title in 2023.

USUAL SUSPECTS - England's top 5 clubs still dominate the division

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City make up the rest of the top four, with stray Ipswich winning the Champions League and collecting the final spot.

Elsewhere in the table, the new dominance found on Tyneside has finally seen Newcastle break into European contention, but their delight doesn't stop there.

Keen-eyed readers will also notice that Trent Alexander-Arnold is still turning out for Liverpool, with the right-back firmly cementing his legendary status after playing over 500 league games for the club.

Besides Portsmouth, Ipswich and Stoke, the rest of the Premier League table looks identical to the one we see today.

Norwegian Dominance

It may be no surprise to see that Man City's new boy Erling Haaland has been dominant in the World Player of the Year award.

The Norwegian powerhouse has scooped eight of the awards, achieving this mightily impressive feat with three different clubs.
