The Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Week 2 Challenges are live! Unusually, this could mean that in-game challenges are going to start going live on Tuesdays rather than Thursdays going forwards.
We have a breakdown of all the challenges and what rewards you'll get below, so you're prepared to make the most of them.
LATEST - They're Live & XP Rewards
For some reason, Epic Games has decided to buck the trend and release their Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Week 2 Challenges a couple of days early!

That means all the season 6 Week 2 Quests are live in-game right now! We've got a brief summary of them below:
- Craft a Mechanical Bow, a Mechanical Explosive Bow, and a Mechanical Shockwave Bow
- Tame a boar
- Deal damage with Mechanical weapons
- Deal explosive damage to opponents
- Ride different ziplines
- Obtain literature samples from Pleasant Park, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row
- Get a headshot with a bow

What's even better is that we now know that all the Epic quests are worth 24,000 XP each.
At the moment, there's no word on the Legendary Quests though. Maybe these will drop Thursday.
When they do go live, we're expecting a full 140,000 XP to be up for grabs.
The first stage of the Legendary Quests challenge is worth 35,000 XP, the following 4 are worth 24,500 XP each, giving a total of 140,000 XP for completing all the stages of the Legendary Quest.
Season 6 Week 2 Epic Quests
Much like every week, the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Week 2 Challenges feature a series of Epic Quests for players to complete.
Currently, we don't know the specifics of the rewards for these challenges.
However, we do know what the challenges will be courtesy of Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey.
Below, you can find the Week 2 Challenges listed with any tips and tricks we might have for them:
- Craft a Mechanical Bow, a Mechanical Explosive Bow, and a Mechanical Shockwave Bow
- Tame a boar

- Deal damage with Mechanical weapons
- Deal explosive damage to opponents
As you can imagine, the above two challenges are pretty simple to do once you have the right weapons and they should be easy to complete while playing naturally.
Just make sure you're keeping a Mechanical weapon on you!
- Ride different ziplines
- Obtain literature samples from Pleasant Park, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row

The final challenge below is pretty straightforward. It won't be the easiest to do, mind, but with enough practice, you shouldn't find it too much trouble.
- Get a headshot with a bow
Week 2 Legendary Quests
In addition to these Epic Quests, there is a series of Legendary Quests for players to complete in and amongst the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 Week 2 Challenges.

These always offer huge XP rewards and can usually be completed fairly naturally through gameplay.
This week, the Legendary Quest is Deal Damage With Bows. There will be five stages of this challenge to complete.

We don't know how much damage is required just yet, but we will update this as soon as that information is made available.
