Chapter 3 is finally out there now and you can check out the live Tweet below. After some initial teething issues, you can now log into the game as normal and enjoy the new content.

Overnight Updates
We've seen the Fortnite Chapter 3 weapon pool, map POIs, victory umbrella ad more slowly leak. It finally went live(15:00 GMT / 10:00 EST / 07:00 PST) and we've never seen hype quite like it!
Chapter 3 Start Time Leaked?
Both the Xbox and PlayStation stores leaked the start time and date of Chapter 3 as Sunday, 5 December @ 15:00 GMT / 10:00 ET / 07:00 PT.
Chapter 2 Officially Over!
After an incredible event, Chapter 2 is officially over. We got everything we could have ever wanted (and more). Now our loopers sit stranded in the middle of the ocean waiting for a hero to save us.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Start Date
All signs originally pointed towards Fortnite Chapter 3 starting on Tuesday, 7 December. New information suggests it could be a lot sooner. It was recently discovered that Fortnite.com/downtime exists although it's just showing a stream of a looper adrift at sea.
Possible Fortnite Chapter 3 Start Time
Update 19.00
We're expecting Fortnite Update 19.00 to bring a ton of new content especially given that it's kickstarting a brand new chapter. There will be a brand new map, loot pool, Battle Pass and much, much more.
Beyond the standard content additions that you would expect with a brand new chapter, we could also see files uploaded for this years Winterfest event. While the festivities may not kick off for a few weeks, all of the relevant files could be added in 19.00.
finally, it's also likely that we'll learn more about the upcoming Matrix crossover that's expected to bring us Neo and Trinity skins. An 'Unreal 5 Experience' has been announced for sometime in the month of December as we expect the Fortnite crossover to go live around the same time. The movie is due for release on 22 December.
