Returning your Item Shop purchases can be a little confusing, however, is tucked away in the settings menu.
Here is how you can get one for yourself before your season 3 purchases become nonrefundable.

How to get Fortnite Refunds?
To get your Fortnite Refunds, you'll need to go into your settings menu and head on over to the account and privacy section where you'll see the option available. Click on the option and you'll be brought over to the page where you can get your refund.
Fortnite refunds work on a ticket system, with three refund tickets available for every player per year, allowing for three items to be returned so make sure you use them wisely.
On the left of the screen, you will your list of recent purchases in the Fortnite Item Shop. If there are any you regret, pick them from the list and then confirm the refund when prompted. The V-Bucks spent on that item will then be returned to your account to be spent on other things.
After each ticket is used, a timer of 365 days will begin, letting you know when your ticket will have been refilled, and letting you use it again.
There is a selection of items that are unavailable to be refunded, however, most items are purchased with money instead of V-Bucks. These items won't appear in your list at all but we have listed them down below anyway for those who want to know:
- Level Up Quest Packs
- Real-money Purchases
- Battle Pass (Battle Royale)
- Battle Pass Tiers
- Loot Llamas (Save the World)
- Event and Weekly Items (Save the World)
- Fortnite Crew Subscriptions
