Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 is here!
After what feels like an eternity of waiting, gamers have finally been able to hop off that battle bus and get into action in the latest season of the hit battle royale title.
But for those who enjoy the competitive side of the game, there is a growing worry that there has still been no official announcement on this years Fortnite World Cup.
Whilst we are not too worried, we are still somewhat sceptical as to why there has been no confirmation from Epic Games as of yet, but we’re sure it’s just around the corner.
With an announcement (hopefully) imminent, let’s take a deeper look at one man who is sure to be a key contender in the tournament - if he plays that is - Psalm.
Who is Psalm?
Psalm - or Harrison Chang as he is otherwise known - is a 25-year-old competitive gamer who previously represented esports franchise Counter Logic Gaming.

Prior to competing in Fortnite, Chang was a professional player in Heroes of the Storm and, after finishing second at last years World Cup, he is certainly one to keep an eye on.

As we mentioned earlier, Psalm has quite the competitive gaming resume.

In his career to date, he has earnt just shy of $2,000,000 - with a large portion of that coming in the last year.
A runner-up spot at the World Cup earnt Psalm a cool $1.8 million, which puts him comfortably in the top 10 earning American esports players of all time.

What a tournament it was for Psalm.
Whilst the age-old adage suggests that there are no prizes for second place, that certainly wasn’t the case for Chang.

Despite partaking in a minimal amount of tournaments in the build-up to last years showpiece event, Psalm performed spectacularly, racking up 33 points to take a podium spot in NYC.
Will he be at this year's event?
That remains to be seen.
We would assume that the 25-year-old will turn up at the event - he clearly has the talent for it - but he hasn’t featured in many events so far this year so it’s not a certainty.

However, if he were to miss it, it would send ripples through the Fortnite community, that's for sure.
