As we pass the halfway mark of Chapter 2 Season 4, Season 5 is fast approaching.
However, before then then we're in for a Halloween treat in the form of Fortnitemares 2020!

Release Date
Fortnitemares 2020 began on 21 October and will run all the way until 3 November.

The Halloween event should run all the way until the beginning of November!
Nitemare Royale
As shadow Midas and hsi reawakened Henchmen work to reclaim the island, you'll get your shot at joining the undead forces!
That's because once you're eliminated in any Solo, Duos or Squads battles, you'll return as a Shadow and go for a Nitemare Royale win.

As a shadow you'll get otherwordly abiltiies, such as 'possessing the body of vehicles!
New Halloween Items
As you'd expect there are also a load of new Halloween themed items and weapons.
Weapons include include a new Pumpkin rocket Launcher and Fiend Hunter Crossbow.

Meanwhile you'll be able to ride on a Witch's Broom, employ a new invention by Midas and even enjoy some Halloween candy!
Fortnitemares Challenges
The Halloween event includes several new challenges that you can complete to unlock special rewards.
These new rewards include Midas' Shadow Wrap, the Smash O'-Lantern Pickaxe, Bobo Back Bling and more.
The Afterlife Party with J Balvin
Four-time Latin GRAMMY winner J Balvin is bringing the Afterlife Party to Party royale, with his special performance of Latin culture and hip-hop, including the debut of his new song featuring Sech!
Teh party kicks off at the Main Stage in Party Royale on 31 October at 9pm ET / 3am GMT.
New Party Trooper Outfit
To mark the After Party, there is also a new Party Trooper Outfit, available in the Item Shop from now until 1 November.
All Part Trooper owners who attend any of the After Party showing will unclok the exclusive J Balvin style.
Creative Code Hunt
Throughout Fortnitemares, Fortnite Creative will feature four new Fortnitemares-inspires island.
In each island you'll be able to discover the digits to a code - combine 20 digits to nearth the Wrath's Wrath Wrap.
The first island will be available later today (21 October), but return to Fortnite Creative each day until 24 October to check out a new featured island and disocver the new digits.
Once you've found all the digits, you have to enter the completed code at fortnite.com/redeem to add the Wrath's Wrath Wrap to your Locker.
The redemption code will expire on 27 October at 10am ET / 4pm GMT.
Bring your Fortnitemares to life
From today you can maek your own Fortnitemares papercraft cosplay and figures by heading over to fortnitemarescosplay.fortnite.com to download and print your paper materials.
You'll be able to build Skull Trooper, Ghoul Trooper, and Arachne masks, plus mini-models of Ghoul Trooper, Big Mouth, and Raven.
The material will be available from now until 3 November.
