Is This The End Of Jonesy?!

The Seven Are Returning

In the latest audio log, it was revealed that Agent Jones is trying to find information on The Seven.

The Seven consist of The Visitor, The Scientist, and The Paradigm, as well as four more unknown characters.

We haven't really heard from The Seven since the black hole event at the end of Chapter 1 Season X, but it appears that their story is far from over.

Can Jonesy Stop The Zero Point?

As the end of Season 5 rolls around, and the upcoming Zero Crisis Finale event, the focal point of the season, the Zero Point, has begun getting more unstable.

FortTory posted a short video of the Zero Point, stating that it is now emitting shockwaves every minute rather than every two minutes.

At this rate, the Zero Point could continue to pulse at a rate of one every three seconds by March 16th, 2021.

With it looking like its set to explode, and possibly suck the island into it again, will Agent Jonesy be able to stop it before its too late?

This Isn't The End

A new leak has suggested that the next season of Fortnite, or at least the immediate future, is going to be subtitled "Zero Crisis".

Although there are a few people questioning its' legitimacy, it raises some interesting questions about what's in store.

Many people thought the Season 5 event would end this Fortnite Season's multiverse focus, but is it just the beginning?

The Zero Crisis could point to a season-long chaotic event that only further worsens the dangers posed by the Zero Point in the centre of the map.

Take everything with a pinch of salt, though. Until it's confirmed by Epic Games, we don't know for sure what's in store.

Zero Point Updates

So... The Zero Point is glowing and throbbing now. Well, not throbbing... More pulsating.

Either way, it isn't good. Right? Although it's only every two minutes, this could easily be ramped up as we approach the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 release.

Does this mean that the Zero Point is going to explode? Or perhaps it will implode? Only time will tell.

What Chaos Are We Going To Be Greeted With?

With this in-game event being the first one that players can actually play, we're wondering what this will entail exactly.

We can't imagine that the sequence will be too long as we're sure Epic Games are aware that players will be eager to jump into the next season as soon as possible.

But, then what does that mean? Is the player going to be forced to play as Agent Jonesy considering his importance to the narrative arc of the season?

Or, perhaps, they will play alongside him as their own skin to further the idea of the "multiverse Hunters" tackling whatever's going on.

The last "playable" event had a clear villain, so we're not sure what players can expect going into the main event later this month.

Players Get To Play The Event

In a series of tweets, Epic Games revealed that players will be able to take part in a solo event at the start of Season 6 on March 16th.

In a tweet, Epic Games revealed what to expect,

"CH2 Season 6 launches on March 16 with the explosive conclusion of the events of Season 5. You'll play through the culmination of Agent Jones' mission in the Zero Crisis Finale. This is a solo experience & you can play through it whenever you first login during the Season."

This will be the first time we've seen something like this from Fortnite, usually, an event is a cinematic experience that players just sit back and watch, except last season we got to take part in a flying event that emulated the Death Star battle from Star Wars Episode 4.

Players will also be able to watch the experience first online before jumping into it themselves, more details will be shared before the start of the new season,

Zero Point Status

Following the 15.50 Update, the Zero Point is looking a little less stable in-game.

Below, you can see what we mean:

Could we see some sort of cataclysmic, multidimensional explosion at the end of the season?

What To Expect

So far we have seen very few leaks regarding the end of season event.

But, with Agent Jonesy spending all season gathering Hunters from different universes, we can expect big things to happen during the event which could feature all of them.

Event Mode Hands

A new item has appeared in the files called Event Mode Hands, this will remove all weapons and pickaxe from your inventory, essentially disabling them.

During event Epic Games freezes the ability to use weapons so this is likely to do with that.

Music Playlist

The Music file has been updated in the game, this is only used for event music, meaning that Epic Games is definitely gearing up for a new end of season event.

With Season 5 drawing to a close, it will be interesting to see what Epic Games has in store for the rest of the season and going into Season 6.

Once more information is leaked we will be sure to let you know.
