When does Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 end?

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is finally here, and with it comes a new Battle Pass, map changes, weapons and more!

Even though we can't wait to jump into the new season and check out all of the new additions we have to ask...

When Does Fortnite Season 6 End?

Although sticking to end dates isn't Epic Games' strongest trait, they did stick to the end date for Season 5, so kudos to them.

According to the Battle Pass screen in-game, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 will end on June 8th 2021.

It is worth noting that the Fortnite X Batman Zero Point comic series doesn't end until July, which could indicate a possible extension of the series as the comics seem to tie into the story of Season 6.

So, despite Epic Games stating June 8th right now, expect a delay with the season lasting until July.

To kick Season 6 off, players need to take part in the Zero Crisis event, which sees Agent Jonesy try and save the Fortnite island by stabilising the Zero Point.

The event is split into two parts, with the first being cinematic, while the second is in-game.

You'll need to jump into the game to play the in-game section.

Batman

Season 6 will see the return of Batman, Harley Quinn, and possibly other characters from the franchise.

The upcoming season will see Batman enter the Zero Point loop and be transported to the Fortnite island again.

He was previously in the game during Season X in 2019.

Only this time he has lost his memory and needs to figure out how to return home.

While nothing is confirmed yet, it is possible that we will see the return of Gotham City to the game, as well as possibly see Batman as a Mythic boss with his Batarang and Grapnel Gun return.

This will all be tied into the new Fortnite x Batman Zero Point comic book series.

Comic Book Series

Starting in April 2021, there will be a six-part comic book series that will tell the story of Batman coming to the Fortnite island, trying to figure out how to get home, and also discover exactly how the Fortnite island works and the Zero Point loop.

The issues will be released every two weeks and will end in July 2021.

Cosmetics will be given away with the comics including a new Batman and Harley Quinn skin.
