We are just some days away from the second Banner of Genshin Impact 2.2 banner. Thoma is becoming a playable character and Hu Tao is back for a re-run.

Release Date
Moment of Bloom, the second Character Banner in Genshin Impact 2.2 will go live on November 2nd, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. Server Time
- November 1st, 8:00 p.m. PDT
- November 1st, 11:00 p.m. EST
This Banner will feature Hu Tao; the Funeral Parlor director, a 5-star Pyro Polearm user. At the same time, the chances of pulling the following 4-star characters will be increased:
Also, the release of Thoma (the 4-star Pyro Polearm) is the only new character in the current patch.
Weapon Banner
The second weapon banner will be released on November 2nd, as well. This includes the re-run of two 5-star weapons.

- Staff of Homa is a powerful Polearm, with a great DMG potential, however its passive scale with max HP.
- Best for Hu Tao, Xianling.
- Elegy for the End, this bow is very good for support and sub DPS characters, the passive provides a big buff in Elemental Mastery.
- Best for Venti, Fischl.
In addition to these two 5-star weapons, the banner will include two new 4-star weapons.
Mouun's Moon (Bow), 4-star, is described as a lovely War-bow made out of seashells and coral; the weapon was used by Watatsumi shrine maiden.
- Stat: ATK
- Passive: Every point of the entire party's combined maximum Energy capacity, the Elemental Burst DMG of the character equipping this weapon is increased by 0.12%. A maximum of 40% increased Elemental Burst DMG.
- Wavebreaker's Fin (Polearm) 4 stars - The naginata of Umigozen, forged from luminescent material from the ocean depths in Watatsumi.
- Stat: ATK
- Passive: Every point of the entire party'sWavebreaker's combined maximum Energy capacity, the Elemental Burst DMG of the character equipping this weapon is increased by 0.12%. A maximum of 40% increased Elemental Burst DMG.
