Arataki Itto is the newest sensation in Genshin Impact and will become a playable character in the second banner of the 2.3 update.

Release Time and Schedule
Players can expect the Genshin Impact Update 2.3 to go live Wednesday, November 24th, 2021.
- The server's maintenance takes around five hours, with players being compensated 300 Primogems for the downtime.
Arataki Itto is part of the second banner for Genshin Impact 2.3 that will arrive around December 13, 2021.
Arataki Itto Abilities
Ittos's Normal attacks are a combination of four attacks, with a boosted slash in the last that will provide stacks of Superlative Superstrength that can be used instead of Stamina.
|Normal Attack||A combination of 4 attacks, when the fourth Normal Attack hits an enemy, Itto gains two stacks of Superlative Superstrenght. (Max 5 stacks)|
|Plunged Attack||Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE damage upon impact.|
|Charged Attack: Arataki Kesagiri||Hold the attack button to slash enemies with Arataki Kesagiri without using stamina. Instead, consume a stack of Superlative Superstrenght. When the final stack is consumed, Itto unleashes a potent attack. When there are no stacks of Superlative Supertstrength available, Itto performs a single Saichimonji Slash.|
Elemental attack - Masatsu Zetsugi
Geo characters, send to the battle Geo constructs. In the case of Itto, he will send Ushi, a bull that will deal damage and stay in the field, staking Superlative Strength.
Cooldown: 10 Seconds
|Initial Attack||Itto hurls Ushi, dealing Geo damage to opponents. When Ushi hits enemies grants one stack of Superlative Superstrength.|
|Passive||Ushi stays on the field and provides support: Taunting surrounding enemies, dealing pyro DMG. Ushi Inherits HP based on Itto’s Max HP and gains one stack of Superlative Superstrength every 2 seconds.|
|Conditions||Ushi Flee when his HP is Zero or duration ends. Ushi grants one stack of Superlative Superstrength when he leaves. Ushi is considered a Geo construct. Therefore, Itto can only deploy one Ushi at a time.|
Elemental burst - Royal Descent Behold: Itto the Evil!
Similar to Raiden Shogun and Kokomi, Itto enters a special stage called Raging Oni King, infusing his attacks with Geo DMG and wielding his special weapon; Oni's King Kanabou, increasing his attack speed and DMG.
Cooldown: 20 seconds
|During Raging Oni King, Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will deal Geo DMG that can’t be overridden. His ATK will increase based on his DEFENSE, and ATK Speed will be increased.|
|The first three combos of Normal Attack will grant one stack of Superlative Superstrength when they hit Opponents: Itto’s gains 20% Elemental RES and Physical RES.|
|The Raging Oni King state is interrupted when Itto leaves the field.|
Arataki Itto Constellations
Arataki Constellations will focus on buffing his Elemental Burst and the stats of the Superlative Superstrength stacks.
|C1 - Stay a While and Listen Up||The first constellation will increase the number of stacks of Superlative Superstrength during the elemental burst, granting two stacks instead of one.|
|C2 - Gather ‘Round, It’s a Brawl!||Decrease the Cooldown of his Elemental Burst 1.5s by each party member with a Geo vision. Restoring six energy particles for Arataki as well.|
|C3 - Horns Lowered, Coming Through||Increases the level of Masatsu Zetsugi by 3. Max upgrade level is 15.|
|C4 - Jailhouse Bread and Butter||While in the Raging Oni King state, Itto has a 25% higher CRIT rate against opponents with equal or lower HP percentage remaining.|
|C5 - 10 Years of Hanamizaka Fam||Increases the level of Royal Descent: Behold, Itto the Evil! (Elemental Burst) by 3. Max upgrade level is 15.|
|C6 - Arataki Itto, Present!||Arataki Itto’s Charged Attacks deal 50% increased Crit damage. Additionally, when he uses Arataki Kesagiri, he has a 50% chance not to consume stacks of Superlative Supertstrength.|
