Genshin Impact 2.3 Leaks: New Bosses Fights Revealed

The beginning of the end of Genshin Impact 2.2 is marked with miHoYo's Oficial Livestream of everything coming to the game in Genshin Impact 2.3

While we wait for the stream, some newly leaked videos have arrived with footage of fights with two new bosses: The Golden Wolflord and The Fel Whopeprflower.

Here's what we know about these new boss fights and what they mean for Genshin Impact 2.3 if they're made official.

How to watch the Livestream?

The "Special Program Announcement" will go live on November 12, 2021, at 8 p.m. Server Time.

Beastly Rift Event

In this event, travelers will discover the origins of the mysterious Rifthounds, the creatures that inhabit Tsurumi Island. Their origin is nothing else but the Abyss.

This revelation will connect Inazuma island with the story arc of the Traveler and the destruction of Khaenria'ah.

The culmination of this event will lead players to battle The King of the Rifthounds: The Golden Wolflord.

Leaks on Twitter showed gameplay about the Golden Wolflord, plus extra footage of Itto's abilities.

What do we know about the Golden Wolflord?

These are some of the things we know about the Golden Wolflord:

• His attacks will infuse the debuff corrosion
• The Wolflord will summon Rifthounds Alphas that will provide him a shield.
• In the latest version, he can be stunned and put in the ground for more effective melee combat.
• He will drop the Riftborn Regalia, Arataki Itto Ascencion Material.

Dust and Shadowed Snow Event

This event will take us back to Dragonspine for a Christmassy theme combat training. It is most likely here when the story reconnects with Albedo.

The event will be divided into three stages, where players will learn Parkour and make Snowmen for their Serenitea Pot:

• Combat Training: fight mob camps
• Agility Training: parkours
• Tracker Training: find snowman components
• The event is packed with rewards, including Parkour Furniture for the Serenitea pot, Snowmen for the Serenitea Pot, and The Cinnabar Spindle's sword.

In the final stage, players will battle an enhanced Whopperflower boss called: Fel Whopperflower.

Leaks revealed combat footage versus the Fel Whopperflower. The battleground will change in the final version.

What do we know about the Fel Whopperflower?

These are all the details we know about the Fel Whopperflower:

• The Whopperflower elemental attacks are cryo.
• The Fel Whopperflower is just an event boss that will not stay in the game roster.
• As the battle will take in Dragonspine, players will have to deal with Sheer Cold.
• The fact developers create a Cryo Colossal Whopperflower, makes us believe we will see other versions of this boss using different elements.
