Genshin Impact 2.5: 5 reasons to pull for Raiden Shogun Banner

Genshin Impact 2.5 second phase will feature the Raiden Shogun, the Electro Archon is back in a banner after some months absent.

Raiden Shogun banner is just before the big debut of Kamisato Ayato and the possible return of Ayaka and Kazuha.

With a plethora of options, we would like to share some reasons why we think it is not a good idea to skip the banner of Baal.

Release Date

The Reign of Serenity banner will go live at the beginning of the second phase of Genshin Impact 2.5 on March 8, 2022, and it will be available until March 29, 2022.

The Reign of Serenity will feature Raiden Shogun, a 5-star Electro Polearm character.

Along with Raiden Shogun, the following 4-star characters complete the roster:

  • Bennet- 4-star Pyro, Sword User
  • Kujou Sara - 4-star Electro, Bow User
  • Xinyan - 4-star Pyro, Claymore User

Reasons to pull for Raiden Shogun Banner.

Raiden Shogun has an outstanding character design, and it is enjoyable to play. But she is further good than aesthetics and good moves. Here are five reasons we think the Baal banner is worth pulling.

Best Battery in the Game

The game progression makes Energy Recharge the most fundamental stat to consider for most characters.

Since the arrival of Inazuma, new characters have a very costly Elemental Burst and Low Generation of Energy Particles.

The Energy Recharge issue is not only in the character's design. New enemies drop fewer particles to the point that Vishaps' Elemental Balls drain significant energy.

Raiden Shogun, fix any Energy Issue. Baal is a Universal Battery that works with all Elements and quickly gets all her teammates burst ready.

Low Investment Powerhouse

While most main DPS depends on Constellation 4-6 to reach their max potential, Raiden Shogun becomes a beast with Constellation 2, on the same level as other C6 characters.

But even with no constellations, Raiden Shogun can contribute efficiently. Not only that, Raiden Shogun has excellent F2P options in The Catch and Wavebreaker's Fin.

Baal is Resin Efficient

The Emblem of Severed Fate is an artifact set from the domain Momiji-Dyed Court in Inazuma.

The Momiji-Dyed Court is currently the most Resin Efficient domain to farm. Both artifact sets available: Emblem of Severed Fate and Shimenawa's Reminiscence are helpful for most characters.

  • 2 Pieces Emblem of Severed Fate provides: Energy Recharge +20%
  • 2 Pieces Shimenawa's Reminiscence provides: ATK +18%

In the case of Raiden Shogun, the Emblem of Severed Fate is tailor-made. Providing 75% DMG bonus to Elemental Burst based on Energy Recharge.

Raiden Shogun Easy to Use

Despite being a Polearm user, Raiden Shogun has a massive AoE DMG. The initial blow strikes far in all directions, including enemies in the air like specters.

The consecutive strikes charge against enemies and have high resistance to interruption, giving a lot of room for error.

Raiden Elemental Skill provides continued outfield Electro DMG that activates with every Elemental Attack. The skills have a very low cooldown, to the point the ability will be active during the entire battle.

Great Banner Companions

Another reason to wish is in the upcoming Genshin Impact 2.5 Banner is the 4-star in it.

Bennet is an excellent support that requires a couple of constellations to clear the end-game content.

Bennet can heal and have the most significant ATK buff in the game.

Kujou Sara is an excellent buffer at Constellation 2, and she will transform the Electro Element at constellation 6, increasing 60% Crit. DMG. Additionally, she provides two Atk buffs with her Elemental Skill and Burst.

Xinyan is not a very good character, but she is the raisin in this basket full of grapes.
